Book a Room at Event Rates...
1. Online at Hilton.com. Navigate to the event hotel, “Hampton Inn Fairfax City, VA” by placing “City of Fairfax, VA” in the destination search bar and then clicking/choosing our hotel. Enter the date of arrival (2/24/24), click “special rates” enter “MWE” in the “group code” box. This is the easiest way for attendees to book a room.
2. Call 1-800-Hampton (1-800-426-7866) and specify the event hotel (Hampton Inn-Fairfax City, VA) date of arrival 2/24/24 and indicate to the reservationist that you have a special group booking code, “MWE”
3. Call the hotel directly at 703-385-2600 and press option #1 for a new reservation. This will connect to central reservations, then proceed as above in paragraph #2. Callers will need to provide hotel name, date of arrival, and the group code, “MWE”, to the reservation agent. If you feel the need to speak directly to the Fairfax hotel, press option #2
The “cut off” date is Wednesday February 14, 2024. All rooms need to be booked by then to take advantage of the group rate. You may cancel up until 24hrs in advance of day of arrival at no charge.
